Phoebe and Max's Glamorous Celestial Themed Wedding at Kimpton Fitzroy

Being Phoebe and Max's Wedding Day Coordinators was an absolute joy - we helped this sophisticated couple pull off their glamorous, celestial-themed dream wedding at the Kimpton Fitzroy, London. We can’t wait to share with you all the details of their magical day! 

The bridal suite was full of excitement as Phoebe prepared to walk down the aisle. We ensured everyone was calm and there to support the bride from the hair and makeup artists to being surrounded by her bridal party. She was the epitome of elegance and glamor as she walked into the ceremony to meet her husband and as a flawless Bride. 

Our couple chose a unique and beautiful celestial theme for their wedding, and this was reflected throughout the day through all the small details. From the delicate stars on the menus and place cards to the star themes bridal accessories, every detail was perfect and beautifully executed. 

Coordinating the wedding suppliers at the venue ensured that the ceremony was every bit as magical as our couple dreamed it would be. The delicate and romantic floral arrangement, candles lining the aisle and ceremony stationery created an intimate and enchanting space where Phoebe and Max exchanged personal and heartfelt vows. 

Whilst the guests were enjoying cocktail hour and canapes in the gorgeous Palm Court, our team transformed the ballroom into a romantic, candlelit reception. We helped repurpose their ceremony flowers into reception table arrangements and placed their beautiful wedding seating chart at the entrance to the Ballroom. With our keen eye and attention to detail we made sure everything was flawless for our couple’s reception.  

And what a unique, glam and romantic day Phoebe and Max had at this majestic venue. With endless spaces for intimate and dreamy wedding photos, our couple took full advantage of everything Kimpton Fitzroy had to offer.
