- Assistant Coordinators
Our team is trusted to manage weddings with confidence, warmth and meticulous attention to detail, so we are looking for people who understand the responsibility of stepping into a couple’s wedding plans and delivering them beautifully.
Who We Are Looking For
We are always looking for talented and experienced wedding coordinators to join our team.
- Have experience coordinating weddings
- Understand the difference between wedding planning and wedding coordination
- Be confident working with wedding timelines and supplier logistics
- Be calm, proactive and professional under pressure
- Be available to work weekends
- Have your own car for non-London weddings
- Be located in or able to travel across the areas we cover
- Not currently run your own wedding coordination service that directly competes with Occasion Queens
We currently coordinate weddings across London, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Surrey, Hampshire, Sussex, Kent, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire, with other locations considered by request.
